Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products (like opened skincare, makeup, or personal care items) cannot be returned.
Process for Returns

Refunds

Exchanges
- If you prefer, we can replace the returned item with another product of equal value (subject to availability).
- Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
