Eligibility for Returns

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products (like opened skincare, makeup, or personal care items) cannot be returned.

Process for Returns

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or wallet).

Exchanges

  • If you prefer, we can replace the returned item with another product of equal value (subject to availability).
  • Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
  • If approved, we may cover shipping costs for defective or wrong items.
